Colle delle Stelle is an ancient farmstead dating back to the 17th century, entirely built with local sandstone. It still preserves its wonderful original aspect. All the premises are provided with air-conditioning.
The Holiday Farm covers twenty hectares of cultivated land near Mergo, a charming medieval town situated in the hills of the Marches.
The building is surrounded by a big park with paths along which you can carry out pleasant walks and with a beautiful panoramic swimming-pool.

The Holiday Farm offers six rooms each characterized by a different color, with matching bathrooms and furniture.
The big olive tree and the wrought iron beds are unique handmade objects.

In our kitchen, we like to find the perfume and tastes of our land. We offer traditional dishes, mainly based on the fragrance of our products. The honey we recommend to taste with Pecorino cheese is natural and tastes of summer. The oil is obtained from our six hundred olive trees, whose olives are exclusively harvested by hand and immediately milled: it is the main fragrance characterizing all our dishes.

If you love practicing sport, there is the swimming-pool and the possibility to carry out tours in the park on foot, by bike, or on horseback. If you like adventure, there is the opportunity to use the kayak along the rivers of the Park, carry out speleological tours in Frasassi Caves, and practice climbing in the surrounding mountains...
If you love tasting fine food, we offer our dishes and wines, as well as the opportunity to visit some wine-making holdings in the surroundings, where the most famous wines of the Marches are produced.
