The Valley appears immediately uncontaminated, rather wild and rich in a luxuriant vegetation that changes according to the altitude: initially we find chestnuts, hazelnuts, alders, poplars, elms, lime trees, acacias, walnuts, wild cherry trees, and oaks… going up to an altitude of 1,000 mt. above sea level, the vegetation type narrows and we find mainly beeches, hornbeams, junipers, laburnums and hawthorns…>>>
