A few steps from the town, you can spend your time practicing several sports: volleyball, tennis, five-a-side football, free-climbing, tours by mountain bike or on horseback, fishing in the lake, and windsurfing.
You will have the opportunity to carry out walks not far from the campsite, among the curious and whistling marmots which are not worried at all by your presence, and at night you may see a confident fox come and take some food from your hands. And if you climb among the several alpine lakes, you will have the opportunity to see the eagle, the wild ibex, and a myriad of animals populating these enchanted places. You will also enjoy the view of the magnificent chain which from Punta Fourà, passing through Ciarforon and Gran Paradiso, the one and only Italian "four thousand" peak, gets to Grivola.
You should be careful and watch your steps, since it would be a pity to trample on one of the wonderful and multicolored tufts of gentians, violets, anemones, edelweiss and many other flowers which become almost imperceptible when they reach the 3,000 m of altitude.
Moreover, you will be also surprised by the aromatic plants growing in the moraines, whose perfume will reach your tent when driven by the gentle breeze.
It is a small patch of heaven to discover, upstream a valley poor in tourism for long periods of the year, but rich in wonderful natural landscapes. A valley where you can enjoy a great landscape which is in no way inferior to the landscapes of the most famous and advertised valleys.
Here, where you eyes will see what you cannot even describe, where the sense of emptiness nearly disturb your ears, where the clean air enters your lungs and your heart.
