Casa Vacanza Elena (Elena’s Holiday House) is in San Bernardino Verbano, at the foot of the Val Grande and 10 minutes from places such as the islands of the Borromean gulf, Stresa, Pallanza, Villa Tanto, and Intra.

It is suitable for families with children or groups with up to 6 people.

The garden is fully fenced. It is equipped with a beautiful playground with trampoline, swing, slide, playhouse, and caterpillar. You can also relax in a comfortable corner with 6 sun loungers.

Guests can enjoy the aromatic herbs (such as rosemary, sage, mint, thyme, lemongrass). The structure also provides a large gas barbecue, 4x3 gazebo with table and 6 chairs.

Up to 6 cars can be parked inside the fenced structure. A charging station for electric cars is just a few meters from the house.

The house is not equipped for people with reduced mobility.

Pets are welcome, at a cost of € 10.00 per stay. 

Smoking inside the house is not allowed.

All equipment for children from 0 to 4 years old is free of charge. This includes: 4 camp beds 120 cm long with sheets and blankets; 4 side protections for single beds; 4 high chairs; 4 baby bouncers; 4 risers; 2 playpens; 1 changing table with baby bath tub; stair gate; plates, cutlery and plastic cups; bottle warmer.

What is included in the price: Bed linen, blankets, toiletries for each guest (which includes: 1 large towel, 1 medium towel, 1 bidet towel), kitchen towels, Internet connection, water, electricity, gas, medicine box, toilet paper, household cleaning detergent, dishwasher tablets, and washing machine detergent.

Casa Vacanza Elena is 30 km from Ascona and 32 km from Locarno.

The nearest airport is Milan-Malpensa, 40 km away. The railway station is Verbania – Pallanza (Fondotoce), 2 km away.

All rooms are well ventilated and lit.

Bedroom no. 1: 1 double bed with large wardrobe, dresser, balcony, and satellite TV.

Bedroom no. 2: 2 single beds that can be joined to become a double bed – if needed –, dresser, and satellite TV.

Bedroom no. 3: 2 single beds that can be joined to become a double bed – if needed –, satellite TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped: Fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven, 4-burner stove top, dishwasher, coffee pod machine (Lavazza A modo mio), American coffee machine, toaster, lemon squeezer, kettle, pots, glasses for water, wine, beer, spirits, coffee and tea cups, plates, cutlery. Guests can also enjoy assorted spices, herbal tea bags, tea, coffee pods, water, beer, bread, and fruit.

The dining room is equipped with a large leather corner sofa, a table with 6 chairs, satellite TV, a games corner, as well as a small tourist office with maps and brochures.

Main bathroom: It consists of a cabinet with modern washbasin, towel warmer, toilet, bidet, shower with large folding opening, hairdryer, window, and medicine box.

Secondary bathroom: It consists of a washbasin, towel warmer, toilet, window, and toilet paper already provided.

The laundry is on the ground floor and consists of: Washbasin, washing machine (detergent provided), drying rack, ironing board with iron.
