| Orchid, edelweiss, lilies, aquilegia, digitalis, and bellflower are only some of the over 400 species of the mountain flora it is possible to find in Pratorondanino Mountain Botanic Gardens. In just 6,000 square meters you can observe plants coming from all over the world, many of which rare or endangered, in their natural environments: rocks, ponds, meadows, and forests. A visit to the Gardens gives the opportunity to discover their ecology, their traditional or cooking uses, and to understand the issues linked to their preservation. |
