It is a dark honey, maintaining its liquid state for a long time. It is famous for its intense taste, its characteristic rather bitter aftertaste, and the pungent fragrance. It is rich in pollen grains. In the Park area it is produced in small quantities, given the scarce presence of the chestnut tree in a typically alpine area.
