Terme di Valdieri Nature Trail develops in Valderia Botanic Gardens (entrance ticket: Euros 2.50). It is about 1 km long and is divided into 24 numbered stops, whose details you can find in a brochure for sale at the entrance of the Gardens. This Nature Trail gives the opportunity to appreciate and discover the features characterizing one of the most significant environments of the protected area during a ring-route crossing a mixed woodland of broadleaf and conifer trees, at the foot or the dizzying granite walls of Rocca Sottana of San Giovanni.

The marked trail leaves from the hut of the Botanic Gardens. After a flat stretch, the trail enters the woodland and reaches, going uphill, the stop no. 11 at 1,442m, the highest point of the trail. Here the downhill trail leading to the departure point leaves.
