Wine produced with a traditional wine-making method with Groppello, Barbera, Marzemino, and Sangiovese grapes. It has a bright ruby red color, a delicate and characteristic perfume, thanks to Groppello. It has a fragrant and harmonious taste, with a rather bitter aftertaste. It is a wine suitable for the whole meal, ideal with cold cuts and thin meat. It is served at a temperature of 15°-17°C.
