Parco Alto Garda Bresciano

Bettanini Distillery was the first distillery boasting its first license from the Austro-Hungarian Administration. According to local historians, even D'Annunzio attended several times to Bettanini's distillation process, leaving the memory of his fervid creativeness by calling the grappa of the Garda inland "Rugiada delle Alpi". The alembic was purchased during an auction in the 19th century and was used until the 1960s. It has been recently recovered thanks to Bettanini's descendants.
