Since the beginning of the XX century, tourists from Europe have come to spend the winter under the Ligurian sun in Arenzano, a village of houses along the beach, mountains of harsh beauty, the green of the grass and the pines. One of the great residences of the Genoese nobility of the 1600s, Villa Pallavicino in the town center, is surrounded by a great English-style park with a Liberty-style monumental greenhouse.
Various are the touristic and sport attractions: beaches with facilities, 2 diving centers, a small tourist harbour, a 9-hole golf course. You can also hike along the tracks reaching Mount Beigua.
You can't miss a visit to the Sanctuary of Bambin di Praga, embellished by modern sculptures, and hosting a colorful artistic Christmas crèche in Albisola ceramics.
