Parco dei Boschi di Carrega

The Park is involved by the production of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese only as far as the territory of Collecchio is concerned. We can ascribe the cheese produced in this area to the group of cheese characteristic of the plain, deriving from the milk of stabled animals.
