A tour along the banks of Valli di Comacchio to get to the Salt Pan. From 4th September to 31st October, free guided visits to the naturalistic site "Comacchio Salt Pan" will be held on Friday and Sunday, with departure at 4.00 p.m., and on Saturday with two appointments: in the morning at 10.00 a.m., in the afternoon at 4.00 p.m.
As usual, the itinerary will leave from the Fishing Station "Foce", a few kilometers away from the historical town center of Comacchio.

1st April - 31st October 2006
From Saturday 1st April 2006 the tours by boat in Valli di Comacchio with a tourist environmental guide will start again (for bookings: Tel. 340 2534267). An opportunity lasting until 31st October.
The historical-naturalistic route in the Valli, leaving from the Fishing Station Foce (a few kilometers from Comacchio town center) will develop on the water, to give the opportunity to visit the characteristic "Casoni": Coccalino, Pegoraro, and the fishing station Serilla. The Casoni were structures (used for fishing or surveillance) enabling the organization of the activities in the lagoons: they have been recovered and preserve fishing equipment and tools and the evidence of the life in the valley.
The tour will give the opportunity to visit by boat the inner canals of the lagoon along a ring-route which, during the outward journey, will include sailing in the open lagoon, passing through another architectural feature: Casone Donnabona.
The tour in the Valli, lasting about two hours, will give the opportunity to discover a wonderful naturalistic site declared "Wetland of International Importance" by the Ramsar Convention and "Site of Community Interest" and "Specially Protected Areas" for the protection of birds by the European Union.

- October: no. 2 tours every day at 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.
