Biodiversity
What is it?
The use of the name of the Park Authority and of the quality label "I Parchi nel Cuore" (meaning "The Parks in our Hearts) will be granted to the farms, the accommodation structures
and the restaurants operating in the municipalities of the Macro-area of the
Southern Emilia - Bologna, San Lazzaro di Savena, Pianoro, Ozzano Emilia, Monteveglio,
Bazzano, Castello di Serravalle, Crespellano, Casalecchio di Reno, Monte San
Pietro, Savigno, Zola Predosa, Marzabotto, Monzuno, Grizzana Morandi, Camugnano,
Castel di Casio, Castiglion dei Pepoli, Lizzano in Belvedere - that join the
project and endorse a series of commitments in favor of environment.
The Project provides the creation of a business network sharing the common
goal of fostering the Parks' best features and the quality products, also to
enhance the territory's tourist development that will be characterized by the
label "I Parchi nel Cuore".
The operational stages
The meetings to present the project to the businesses is already underway.
At a later stage the collection of the subscriptions and the concession of
the label will be implemented. Next spring an advertising campaign will be
carried out through press releases, specific information materials, a specific
page on the website of the Park Authority and an app for smartphones.
The subscription is voluntary and free of charge, but to obtain he label it
is necessary to join the project by acknowledging the commitments provided
by the regulation and the policy documents.
