The Etruscan trail goes through the places where important discoveries have showed the presence of the Etruscan people, as well as of the Villanovan, Gaulish and Roman people.
There were Etruscan settlements in the area of Canovella, Sperticano and in the upland of Misano which you can reach by following a ring trail.
Just near the Pianoro di Misano you can visit the Archaeological Museum which collects the rests found in the area of Marzabotto and shows the history of this important settlement.
