A path network created in 1966 and widespread over almost all the Italian regions reminds of the Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati (1901 - 1925), a mountain and hikes lover from Turin. While the majority of the Frassati paths are day's walks, Lazio's  Frassati path connects the SS. Trinità Sanctuary to the Certosa di Trisulti through three stages.
