Wild Experience in Lazio: Join us for a unique adventure in the largest regional park in Lazio, the Monti Simbruini Regional Park.

Duration: About 3.5 hours, excluding briefing, explanations, and rest breaks.

Discover Lazio's wild side, less than 1.5 hours from Rome. We'll hike up Monte Autore through a stunning beech forest, where you'll enjoy breathtaking scenery.

This experience follows a loop route with a few variations.

Difficulty Level: Medium (Distance: approximately 9 kilometers, 290m elevation gain – includes uneven and rocky terrain. Potential wildlife encounters).

Important: Please contact us before booking if you need a ride or can offer a spot in your vehicle for other participants. Note that transportation is not included, but we facilitate carpooling.

The final hike duration and itinerary may vary depending on weather conditions, unforeseen obstacles (e.g., a fallen tree along the route), or other safety reasons. The professional hiking guide has the discretion to determine alternatives or shorten or extend the experience.

What to Bring

Required: Hiking boots, 1.5 liters of water, layered clothing suitable for hiking

Recommended: Trekking poles, comfortable backpack, hat (for sun and rain protection), trail snacks
