To go from Menta Dam to Menta-Amendola waterfalls (red-white-red trail markers and no. 116, it takes four hours back and forth), cross the "fiumara" Menta and climb along a non-asphalt road until you reach a junction. After turning right, you go ahead until you reach a slope. From here, go down until you reach a spur, and turn left along the road which is cut into the hillside. After a few hundred meters it is possible to see the waterfalls. The track is one of the most beaten, even if it does not leave from Gambarie. The answer is the shortness of the track and the wonderful show offered by the waterfalls. At their foot, the natural bath tempts the excursionists during the hottest days.
