Sentiero Italia (red-white-red, SI mark and no. 133 ) is a track joining the South to the North of Italy: there are 5,000 Km to run through in 350 laps. It gives the possibility to know a country full of rare landscapes and picturesque centers, unknown by traditional tourism. In Aspromonte, the Sentiero Italia leaves from Reggio Calabria and goes through Gambarie, Polsi, the lake of Costantino, S. Luca, Pietra Cappa, and Zevrò. It takes three-seven hours of walk for each stretch.
