For a long time it constituted an important reference point for the small peasant community of Sorabbi. The ancient cheese factory built in 1858 houses today an exhibit collecting 127 particular tools used in the past for the traditional milk processing. In the entrance hall, visitors will find a big fireplace and the cauldrons, symbol of the museum: the exhibit is completed by descriptive panels and charming images illustrating the most important stages of the milk transformation process.
