The pocket guidebook, rich in photos and drawings, aims at being a useful companion for diligent and curious observers, helping them to read the messages left by nature and the evidences left by man. It includes useful information on the trail and is divided into two sections: the first one, to read calmly at home ("Da leggere tranquillamente a casa"), provides information on fauna, flora, and local history; the second, stop and observe ("Fermandosi ad osservare"), helps to understand some elements that can be found along the way (animal tracks, signs on the barks, shape of the trees, etc.).
