The photographic/descriptive book consists of two sections:

• the first section, 5 pages, is a "brief journey in the world of Mycology you can discover in the woodlands and meadows" with an appendix containing suggestions and rules to pick up mushrooms and flowers
• the second section, 3 pages, is dedicated to the birds and invertebrates living in the Park.
