Parco Nord Milano

Bilingual photographic book (Italian/English)

It is not a Park guidebook, but a literary work explaining the history of Nord Milano Park, from its establishment till present times, through unpublished images enhancing its naturalistic and landscape beauty and texts with different narrative languages.
It is divided into chapters, 144 pages.
Chapter 1 has been freely taken from the speech held by Ignazio Ravasi opening the Meeting "1975-2005: l'avventura del Parco Nord Milano" (Villa Torretta, Sesto San Giovanni, 2005); Chapter 2 is based on the introductory speech held by Francesco Borella, and Chapter 3 is inspired to the speech held by Oscar Del Barba, during the same meeting.
Chapter 5 is entirely dedicated to Lorenza Zambon, and has been taken from the theater performance "Il Terzo Passo: passeggiata visionaria tra l'alba e la notte del Parco" - directed by Lorenza Zambon and Sista Bramini, 2007.
Chapter 6 includes concepts and sentences taken from speeches held during the editions of the Biodiversity Festival 2007 and 2008.
