Parco Naturale Regionale Sirente-Velino

Starting in 1983, archaeological excavations brought to light the structures of a large Roman villa, built around the 1st century AD, with mosaic floors.
It was probably a luxurious residence, divided into two areas: that of the south-eastern rooms, destined to an agricultural company and the northern part used as a residential area. The villa cannot currently be visited.
