Our farmers' hens scratch about outdoors and lay eggs in nests or on the ground. The egg contains Vitamin A - B1 - B2 - B12 and Vitamin E. It is rich in Calcium and Iron. The egg white is formed in its dry part by 80% proteins. In Italy, the 80% of the farmed hens – used for egg production – still live in the narrow battery cages.
