It is possible to have on your table the products of your vegetable garden even if you do not own one, thanks to the practice of the adopted vegetable garden, or personally pick your own vegetables in the field, weigh, and purchase them. Finally, some agricultural holdings have shops where it is possible to directly purchase the vegetables and, recently, also organic fruit. The available vegetables are season vegetables and those vegetables whose genetic features are compatible with the soil and climatic conditions of the area.
