It is situated in the town, a few meters from the road SR 44 (km 9) leading to Gressoney St Jean. It includes an information point where it is possible to:
- watch videos and photos dealing with the Reserve and the traditions of the town
- receive detailed information and material on Mont Mars Reserve, on the town of Fontainemore, and on the whole network of the Regional Protected Areas
- consult naturalistic publications
- use the multipurpose room where didactic activities, projections, meetings, concerts, parties, and temporary exhibits are held.
