Riserva Regionale Parma Morta

The Protected Area is situated within the large floodplain of the Po Valley, in the municipality of Mezzani. To reach the reserve one can leave the highway by the exit of Parma and then follow the state road 343 up to Colorno, where there is a deviation leading to Mezzani. Some road signs along the street connecting Mezzano Superiore, Casale and Mezzano Inferiore point the different entrances to the Protected Areas.
