The second nature trail, called "Una Riserva nel Verde", is situated in the north-eastern part of the Reserve. It begins from the picnic area in location Ronco di Ghiffa to climb the exercise course and descend towards the small chapel of Madonna del Porale. From the small chapel of Porale, a panoramic alternative route with a considerable difference in height leads you, running along the foot of Mt. Cargiago, up to panoramic points near Streghe small lake. The following naturalistic elements you will find along the route are of particular interest:

Showcase for the Local Products of Alto Verbano |

| Near the entrance to the Sacred Mountain in the park area, Comunità Montana Alto Verbano has commissioned a project to create a complex to be used for honey separation and to house a didactical room and a showcase to put on display local products such as honey, flowers, and fruit. |
