Riserva Naturale Regionale Sentina

Rosso Piceno has a ruby red color with evident violaceous shades tending to fade as the refining process continues. At first it is winey, while in the end it is fruity-flower scented, with an unmistakable plum note. Full-bodied and persistent, it strikes for the softness given by a 12 month refining process, compulsory for Rosso Piceno Superiore (this variety is very long-lasting, and in particular vintages the wine can be consumed also after the 5th year of age).
