We are an evolving tourist village, opening annually, which will eventually have 200 pitches on an area of approximately 131,000 square metres, 120 of which will be bungalows, sleeping 2 to 6 people, furnished and equipped for all seasons with a veranda, living room, bedroom(s) and bathroom, all with hot water, heating and television, and 80 pitches for itinerant guests equipped with caravans, campers or tents. Children's, sporting and recreational areas, both outdoor and indoor, and a room for those who need an office, with wi-fi, printer and monitor for video conferences, complete the structure. There is also a refreshment area, equipped with self-service open H24.

We are a group of plen-air lovers who, after much wandering, have decided to stop in Berceto, pearl of the Parma Apennines, renowned for being the mountain village closest to the sea, where we can stay all year round, discovering places rich in history and tasty food and wine, alternating between travelling by car, bicycle, on foot, on horseback, in a few tens of minutes, discovering towns and castles in the Apennines, or travelling along stretches of the most important pilgrims' route, the Via Francigena, or visiting the splendid coasts of the 5 Terre or Versilia. By comparing our experiences, we are trying to create on this area, within a wood, between the Via Francigena and the fresh waters of the Torrente Baganza, large pitches dedicated to bungalows and itinerant guests, with a focus on nature, which remains the true protagonist of our stays.
