Rhomb-shaped biscuits prepared with whole almonds and pieces of bitter chocolate. The ingredients are superfine flour, sugar, eggs, butter, margarine, leaven, whole almonds or drops of black chocolate. Short-pastry tozzetti are traditionally produced in the local bakeries and confectioner's shops.
