In front of the Sinis peninsula, you can see Mal di Ventre Island, 4 km from Capo Sa Sturaggia, which is accessible by boat from several beaches of the Sinis, mainly from Putzu Idu. In Mal di Ventre Island there are several very beautiful beaches above all in the east: in Cala del Pontile, Cala di Nord-Est, Cala del Nuraghe, and Cala dei Pastori.
