It is the itinerary you must go along if you want to reach Rocca San Silvestro Castle. It ends in Valle dei Manienti, at a medieval mine exploited by the inhabitants of the castle. Near the mine it is possible to see the rests of ancient marble quarries. The trail is particularly interesting for its naturalistic features, since it preserves a thick vegetation with typical plants of the coastal maquis growing in Tuscany.
