The Parco Agricolo Locale di Interesse Sovracomunale del Moso extends over a homogeneous area as far as its historical and morphological features are concerned, and it includes the cities of Crema, Bagnolo Cremasco, Vaiano Cremasco, Palazzo Pignano, Cremosano and Trescore Cremasco.
Although this area mainly focuses on farming, its environmental value is emphasized both by the strong presence of many important water courses, such as the Vacchelli Canal and the Cresmiero Acequia, and the constant presence of plants in the shape of rows, poplar trees, small forest areas and zones with more natural features allowing some bird species, especially the grey heron, to nest. The territory's morphology, the thick net of rural roads and the presence of provincial bicycle paths along the Vacchelli canal make both the access and the fruition easier.
