Production Area: Tremosine Plateau in Alto Garda Bresciano Park.
Maturation period: Not less than 6 months.
Quality: Characteristic cheese produced in Tremosine, with a soft texture. It can be eaten in pieces or grated according to the maturation process. Obtained with partially skimmed cow's milk, it is produced in Tremosine plateaus, in the heart of Alto Garda Bresciano Park. It has a straw yellow texture with very few holes, a very pleasant and slightly marked taste.
Conservation: In rounds, in premises with a controlled temperature.
Ingredients: Milk, milk enzymes, curd, and salt (natural product with no additives nor preservatives).
