Product: Semi-fat cheese in extra-virgin olive oil.
Production Area: Tremosine Plateau in Alto Garda Bresciano Park.
Quality: Characteristic cheese produced in Tremosine, with a soft texture with holes, fragrant taste and delicate perfume of the mountain meadows essences. It is produced with partially skimmed cow's milk and soaked in extra-virgin olive oil produced in Alto Garda Bresciano Park.
Conservation: In cool and dry place.
Ingredients: Tremosine Cheese (milk, milk enzymes, curd, and salt), extra-virgin olive oil, natural aromas (no additives nor preservatives).
