Cünsa Polenta

Cünsa Polenta, or Üta Polenta, is one of the characteristic and most tasty dishes of the local cuisine, combining Mediterranean and alpine tradition. The ingredients are all local products: wholemeal corn flour, mature Garda cheese, spicy homemade cheese, butter, Garda extra-virgin olive oil, and salted aole. It is rather easy to prepare: to a normal polenta, almost at the end of the cooking, you must add the two kinds of cheese. Later, add half glass of oil and the aole previously browned in the butter.
