Frizze or Grive

Plucks, called "Frizze" or "Grive", are a characteristic local salami made with pork liver and sausage and flavored with juniper berries, often used in the past instead of pepper.
Plucks can be cooked in different ways: heated in bain-marie, grilled, or fried.
