Curious calcareous spires overhang the Bormida river, rising from chestnut tree woods and mixed woods of the small Bric Tana regional park, important for the presence of superficial and underground karstic forms. In some cavities you can see the detachment niches of the grindstones, the result of the work carried out by patient stonecutters, while prehistoric finds have been discovered in the location called "Tana dell'Orpe".
