Villa Paduli in Cabiate is a historic residence di delizia (of delight) from the mid-19th century in late Neoclassical style. The villa boasts a remarkable scenic position: it was built on the ridge of a hill and in a dominant position with respect to the urban centre. It is surrounded by a large park, one of the earliest examples of an English landscape garden in Italy, which winds its way along the hilltop at an altitude of 253 meters. It is a botanical park, with valuable trees, such as hornbeams, oaks, lime trees, cedars, beeches, and yews.
