Parco Locale della Valle del Lambro

The Parco Locale della Valle del Lambro extends over a 800 hectares wide surface. Its perimeter mainly includes agricultural areas of remarkable environmental value and historical significance, as well as a small residential part in a river area.

It was founded with the aim of re-establishing natural balance and protecting rural areas, also limiting, as much as possible, any kind of conflict with farmers, who play the most important role in the changing and preservation of the landscape.
