The Exhibit of the ancient professions and rural culture, adjacent Casa Nuova Holiday Farm in Assisi, near Perugia, was born from the passion of Fortini's for any kind of ancient object, especially those objects linked to the rural traditions and craftsmanship of Umbria and central Italy.
A passion that, in 30 years, has led them to gather and collect over 3,000 pieces.
In the exhibit, the objects are grouped according to typology and function, creating in this way various thematic sections.
Of particular interest is the reconstruction of an old classroom of the early 20th century, with schoolbags, books, desks, pens, and ink-stands.
