In the Park there are 11 trails crossing the protected territory from north to south and from west to east by touching all the Municipalities belonging to the Association managing the protected area.
We have joined together the most interesting stretches of the various trails in a ring-route involving the most beautiful and characteristic places of the Park. You can go along it on foot in about 6 hours. But don't worry, if you are not used to walk for such a long time, you can break up the itinerary by choosing shorter but not less interesting alternative routes; as a matter of fact, the Park territory is rich in tiring trails climbing along steep slopes or relaxing routes running along the ridges of the gentle hills: for all tastes!
The following trails are 4 orally-described trails, suitable for use by blind people or by anyone who want to go along the trails with the help of an audioguide. It is possible to use the files contained in each archive with an MP3 reader, or record them on CD-Audio in order to listen to them with a portable CD.
