The Garden of the Five Senses (Giardino dei Cinque Sensi) is just outside the town of Licenza (40km from Rome), along the Licinese road and at the entrance of a beautiful, wooded valley culminating in the summit of Mt Pellecchia (1368 m). The Maricella stream flows by the garden, which is attached to Parco dei Monti Lucretili Visitor Centre. An equipped trail makes it easier to perceive the various contents of the garden, including a small organic orchard where everyone can smell, see, touch, listen and taste.
The place is equipped to welcome a wide users base with diverse needs: school groups, adults, elderly and disabled people.
