In Gazzolo di Ramiseto, in a wide amphitheatre which constitutes a natural entry to the Ventasso valley, where mountain meadows meet the beech trees of the ridge, the Park's dairy symbolises how the work of man shapes the landscape. A tradition of breeding and pasture, together with a favourable climate, keep many places like this alive within the Park, to produce every day Parmigiano Reggiano mountain cheese. A guided tour leads to discover the secrets that many generations have been keeping.
