"When we discovered in Val di Lamen natural shelters set in inaccessible places surrounded by overhanging walls used by man of the Stone and Metal Ages, we had the idea to plan a  path connecting among them some of the most significant "covoli" scattered throughout the valley. The surveys carried out subsequently have demonstrated that "covoli", representing the main laps of our proposal, were used as temporary shelters or seasonal houses from the Neolithic Age until recent times. Therefore, they can be considered as a unitary and special system, probably linked to the features of Val di Lamen, more open and hospitable than the other valleys entering Vette Feltrine. Along the itinerary we have prepared, you will discover a very pleasant environment. Although you will walk at relatively low altitudes, you will find characteristic rocks, wildlife and flora of the middle and high mountains. If you move respecting the silence, in the right spirit to enjoy the Park features, you can sight grazing chamois, sometimes with their pups, and observe the birds of prey flying looking for their preys."
