The roe deer and the mountain environment represent the specific issue of this Visitor Center whose aim is to describe briefly the biology and behavior of the roe deer, one of the most widespread animals in the Park, in particular in the territory which is nowadays wild and abandoned, but which with its mule tracks and ancient rural settlements, still shows the signs of the ancient presence of man. Next to the section dedicated to Foreste Casentinesi National Park and of the Italian National Park System, there are two halls where the natural environments populated by the roe deer are described together with its behavior and relationship with the human presence.
