These are itineraries selected and suggested by the Park. Using a mathematic metaphor, they are the itineraries with the best cost (in terms of effort) and quality (in terms of fun) ratio.
The guidebook, enriched with several color photos, opens with brief historical and naturalistic information on the Park and continues with a detailed description of the itineraries. Each of them is laid out on a map together with length, difference in height, difficulty level, walking time, and recommended period, as well as the accommodation structures along the way and the places that are worth a visit. The altimetry is provided in a table.
