The publication is dedicated to the evolution and state of agriculture in Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna National Park. The survey in the agricultural field aims not only at rediscovering its history, traditions, and typicality, but above all at understanding which measures, aims, and instruments are necessary to enable its survival and promote its modernization: in other words, how to give a future to agriculture maintaining the traditional cultivation methods and enabling at the same time the enhancement of its most original products, which should generate incomes motivating the survival of the existing agricultural holdings.
