Pilot breeding for the recovery of Pantelleria donkey

The book, that talks about the recovery of Pantelleria donkey, is in its third reprint. Nine donkeys have been recovered and breeded in the San Matteo di Erice (TP) state property and "the asino di Pantelleria" has been listed into the National Register for Equine Breeds. Now the following objective is to use these donkeys for institutional purposes: as mean of transport for materials and for tourists.
